I've always felt enamored by the emotions and connections of the people around me. Through photography I've found a way to give that as a gift to others. To capture that smile, or that hug, of those people who will never again be the way they were in that very moment. 

There eventually comes a day when a picture is all you have left. I think we spend a lot of time wishing we looked like this or that, or wishing things were different. What I know to be true is when given space and time our thoughts change from scrutiny to appreciation.

Every stage of our lives, even the hard ones, are worth immortalizing. Because someday, whether it's you or your grandkids, someone's gonna look at that photo and say "Wow, I love that person."

My goal is to make you feel that way about yourself in the present.
